Custom-Made Products
All products available in our store are produced on demand and made specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color or design preference
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Please review all product details, sizing charts, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- A short explanation of the problem
After reviewing the issue, we will gladly provide either:
- A replacement at no additional cost, or
- A full refund to the original payment method
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Order Modifications & Cancellation
Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, production may already be underway and changes may no longer be possible.
Shipping & Delivery Notes
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered.
